Initially company has been widely known as PatriArch Approved Memory and has been established in 1996 as an independent branch within the large Russian IT-holding Patriarch Group. During its business development and enhancement, PatriArch Approved Memory has joined ML Holding which was including 8 companies and has been renamed to ML Memory in 2018.

In 2017 PatriArch Approved Memory is going to celebrate its 21st anniversary.
